Our technical trainer, Bryan Strange, has 20 years’ experience working as a content creator and senior trainer for two of the world’s leading telecommunications training providers. He has trained hundreds of engineers working for mobile carriers, equipment vendors, and government agencies all over the world.
He can teach across most telecommunications technologies, but specialises in:

TRAINING DEVELOPMENT
Raven can provide learning development and authoring services both for face-to-face and for elearning content.
For face-to-face content we provide a full development service for the creation of presentation decks in your branded templates, or we can create a template for you. This can include trainer notes and supporting learning reference materials. We can also create questions, devise activities, or develop assignments to match learning needs and depth required.
For elearning content, we provide a storyboarding and authoring process. We can use your preferred storyboard template, or develop one for you. We will work closely with SMEs or use source material to ensure content is covered effectively, and accurately, and we will work to implement feedback through the review cycles. We will also support content builders and graphic designers as required to ensure that your customer’s needs are fully met.
COPY WRITING
Raven can provide ghost writing services for white papers, blog posts, process instructions, information sheets, reference documentation, learning support materials and more.
Content can cover any subject matter, and we are experienced at working closely with SMEs. We have direct expertise in technical material relating to the telecommunications sector.

SIMPLE ANIMATED VIDEOS
Raven can script and provide simple but effective animations that are ideal for short learning or explainer videos. These videos work either stand-alone or they can be embedded in a variety of digital learning formats.
Our production method is quick, very cost effective, and easily editable.
Our videos are entirely bespoke, and they can be built around your existing graphics or new graphics can be created. We can add music, and we can use either synthetic or human voiceover.
